Dear Misheck,

It seems to me that you have set FormID a numeric field in the
.qes file which cannot accept "" which is blank/empty for char .
I would however advise you try using something like this:

FormID
MUST ENTER
  AFTER ENTRY
   GOTO YEAR
  END
END
END

In practise, if the variable is not filled in, the data to this
field should be entered as '0' zero because it's a numeric
field. In this way, it will take care of empty fields and force
people to enter data into it before moving to YEAR field.
