Drugs in sub Saharan Africa

Am very happy to join this mailing list. Good health care needs
to have access to drugs always. Most people living with HIV are
poor in Africa, they can't afford buying. I am a student (master
student in community health) and would like to study drug poli-
cies in developing countries. I think sometimes drugs are wasted
and others become resistant because of weak policies. I need
AFRO-NETS help for funding this research.
