RFI: Acute Flaccid Paralysis Surveillance Evaluation

I am a Master of Public Health student and I would like to
evaluate the acute flaccid paralysis surveillance in a province
in Zimbabwe. Can anyone who did or is doing a similar study in
any locality contact me so that we can exchange ideas. Guidance
on published papers on the topic will also be appreciated.


2nd question:

How do I calculate the odds ratio if one of the cells of a 2 by
2 table contains a zero?
