RFI: Predicting Dietary Adequacy

Dear Afro-Netters,

I am currently studying the Simplified Model for Predicting Die-
tary Adequacy developed for Mozambique by Donald Rose and others
from Michigan and The Mozambique Ministry of Agriculture and
Fisheries, in the directorate of Economics in 2000.

I have read some of their papers - particularly - MAP/MSU Re-
search Paper No.36: A Simplified Method for Assessing Dietary
Adequacy in Mozambique and the user's Manual both of 2000.

 From the readings I am kindly asking for the following details
about this work:

i. Has there been any further developments/refinements/applica-
tions of the model so far?

ii. May I kindly be assisted on how to access sample data and
syntax files for use in the practical exercises given in the
manual?

iii. Are there similar models in use in Mozambique or elsewhere?
