Youth at ICASA e-Consultation Report

Dear all,

Between October 2 and November 2, 2004, Development Partnership
International and YIELD conducted an online consultation for
young people from across Africa to gather information on the
challenges they have faced in their attempts to participate in
the previous ICASAs, discuss lessons learnt from the Nairobi
2003 ICASA Youth Forum, discuss and come up with an agenda on
the levels of youth participate pre-conference and possible
youth activities during the ICASA conference itself holding in
December 2005 in Abuja and frameworks for post conference youth
action.
