RFI: salaries and pre-service training costs (4)

I wish to disagree with Patrick Mbindyo especially on the issue
of improving the economies of African Nations. Most of these
countries have been highly indebted for a long time. For how
long are the Medical professions going to wait for their respec-
tive countries' economies to improve?

One area to tackle this issue is to allow countries in Africa to
export these professions to the West so that they could attract
some forex. Otherwise the poor African countries will continue
losing sums of money training for the "haves". "Those that have
the little, even the little will be taken away from them".
