Good day gentlemen and ladies.

My take on the ongoing discussion is that it is just not all
about salaries. I am a Nigerian, University of Ibadan trained
physician and I work in Southern Africa. I am willing to par-
ticipate in any survey as long as the outcome of such survey
will make a positive impact on policy decision in the future. No
matter how small the impact might be.

This issue is beyond Dollars, Euro, Pounds or Rands or greener
locations etc., it is deep.
