Yes, I agree with you completely. The issue is not about the pay
alone though that is a serious consideration but issues of pro-
ductivity, job satisfaction, true career progression and train-
ing just to mention a few are relevant as well.

I have left the country and I am at a job that pays me less than
what I would have earned at home from all sources (and regu-
larly) but I cannot quantify the intangible (non money related
benefits).

I hope this survey will yield useful results.
