Food for a thought made more visible (2)

The problem has been talking about Human Rights on the Internet
and not doing something very practical at the local/community
level. So it has been talk, talk and talk. How can somebody talk
adequately about his/her right when in the first place that per-
son can neither read nor write? NGOs should begin to do some-
thing very practical. After all, we have been told to think
globally but act locally.
