I seem to be at a loss on how an isolated case of HIV+ woman
giving birth to HIV- children is an improvement of the HIV/AIDS
campaign. I am also wondering if the guidelines in Nigeria have
shifted to the use of more sophisticated PCR for the post-natal
paediatric HIV testing; except things have changed, antibody
testing is un-informative in children less than 18 months -
these children are barely six weeks old! If the guidelines have
not changed, then one will wonder what was special about this
case!

In any case, it remains good news and I wish the family well.
