Request for Information on Food Microbiology Studies in Africa

Dear colleagues,

I am interested in food microbiology and would like to go
through studies that have been carried out in this field. I
would like to focus on food-borne illnesses and food poisoning
at institutions e.g. schools, colleges and hospitals.
