RFI: Multi-purpose community telecenters in Africa: Applications

Dear Colleagues,

I would like to know if anybody has explored to use African
multi-purpose community telecenters/telecentres (sponsored by
UNESCO and other agencies like IDRC) for applications related to
the management of patients with HIV/AIDS?

I also look forward to the information pertaining to applica-
tions of these Telecenters/Telecentres for Health informat-
ics/eHealth in Africa.
