Medical Advice from Angola needed

A friend of mine made a trip to Angola about a year ago. When he
returned to the USA he started to feel unwell... lots of pain
which was diagnosed as loss of the nerve sheath. He has since
then consulted with many doctors and no one can determine the
cause of his problem. Recently he had tests done at the Univer-
sity of Iowa and they determined that his intestines are very
damaged and he has great weakness in his legs. Is it possible
for you to give me an e-mail address of contact with one of the
doctors in Luanda that treat gastrointestinal or neurology prob-
lems? Perhaps Jim is suffering from something that only a tropi-
cal medicine doctor in Angola can resolve.
