How can developing countries best use research and development
(R&D) to accelerate their socio-economic progress? The answer

similating, adapting and diffusing knowledge.
This new web-based resource, compiled under the guidance of 24
advisors, brings together a wide range of articles that cover
topics of direct relevance to understanding research and devel-
opment policy in developing countries.
