Mosquito/Malaria Control

Would somebody please explain,"why is the very simple relation-
ship of mosquito control and malaria being ignored by the vari-
ous donor organizations?" The answer to this question would go a
long way to solving the malaria problem in Africa, if someone
would just have the courage to say it.

This is not a complicated problem. Here in the USA malaria was
eradicated some 60 years ago. It has been prevented from recur-
ring for all this time, in spite of sporadic outbreaks. How is
this possible without the use of bednets?
