G8 cancels debt of the world's poorest countries (6)

This is a very thoughtful posting. Corruption in people with
power is at the root of most evil. Maybe the rampant corruption
in developing countries is the result of centuries of colonisa-
tion, where the corrupt and the traitors were rewarded by the
conquerors, and the faithful and patriotic were either sup-
pressed or hanged.

Maybe the entire gene pool in occupied countries has
changed..... and maybe this is why the G8 feel responsible.
