Update on Climate Change in Africa
----------------------------------
Dear friends,
For those of you who have been closely following activities sur-
rounding the G8 summit meeting in Scotland, or would like an up-
date on issues surrounding climate change in Africa, we have put
together a news focus containing material on this subject.
Climate Change in Africa
http://www.scidev.net/ms/climate_africa
Africa has contributed less than any other region to the green-
house gas emissions that are widely held responsible for global
warming. But the continent is also the most vulnerable to the
consequences. As the G8 leaders meet in Scotland to discuss both
climate change and Africa's development, we present a collection
of news and feature articles that describe some of the complex
links between the two issues.
We welcome feedback and suggestions; if you would like to com-
ment on this or any other resource please
mailto:africa@scidev.net
