Request for guidelines for research peer review groups and eth-
ics committees

As part of the process of finalising our M&E system, we are
planning to put in place a peer review group for HIV/AIDS re-
search related activities in Swaziland. I am requesting any one
who might have guidelines or protocols or terms of reference of
such groups to please share with me the documents at

which I could source such information.
