New paper on PDAs in Health

SATELLIFE is about to publish a report on its experience in us-
ing handheld computers (or PDAs) in health projects conducted
over the last four years in Africa and Asia. The paper reviews
the basics and the issues for anyone considering deploying hand-
held computers in low resource environments, highlighting les-
sons learned.
