Student seeking host for Fulbright Grant (3)

Hi Kat and Dr. Deusdedith R. S. Ishengoma,

my name is Themba Ginindza, working for the NAC in Swaziland as
a Research Coordinator. I have an interest in the same project
where I want to look at adherence among patients on ART. I am in
the process of proposal development. I was thinking of opera-
tional research where by the patient will be followed with a
program. I am having the difficulties in development of the pro-
gram or how to initiate and areas should be considered in terms
of budget, things to be included in the budget, things to be
considered when developing a program like this one.

Can you help me with some information on how to initiate such
program with an intention for operational research?
