I am tasked to investigate/research about "DETERMINATION OF RE-
SEARCH PRIORITIES IN HEALTH SCIENCE: IMPLICATIONS FOR INNOVA-
TIONS AND TECHNOLOGY POLICY".

Can someone with a clear understanding and with information that
I can read and understand this more help me? What are the issues
to be considered here?
