e-conference "Problems in Medicines Procurement in Resource Poor
Settings"

Dear colleagues,

We would like to invite you to the e-conference "Problems in
Medicines Procurement in Resource Poor Settings" to be hosted by
the Quality Network for Rational Drug Management (QU4RAD Net-
work) at http://www.qu4rad.net on 3-5 October 2005. We have
asked two colleagues from Uganda, Mr Pascal Mujasi and Dr Simeon
Kalyesubula, to assist as resource persons. We are looking for-
ward to your contributions.

The Qu4RaD Network is an international collaboration that aims
to assist people (providers, users, citizens) in improving their
management of medicines by facilitating communications, experi-
mentation, and learning, combining scientific, cultural, and
moral-ethical reasoning in a 'glocal' (global and local) con-
text.
