RFI: Oral manifestation of HIV/AIDS

I am a Cameroonian Dental Surgeon practising in one of the rural
hospitals where there are many cases of HIV/AIDS. My point of
interest is the oral manifestation of HIV/AIDS. Please can this
forum help link me with a group in active research in this do-
main to help in terms of research logistics and opportunities?
