RFI: Journals for publishing on Africa

Hi everyone,

Which journals can one publish an article on vulnerability is-
sues and access to health care services in Africa? Vulnerability
in general has been looked at in a war torn situation, including
the elderly, adolescents, persons with disability, persons with
chronic illnesses, orphans, widows/widower and the mentally ill
persons.
