Global Fund poised to blacklist Nigeria (3)

I may not be in the best position to respond to this e-mail, but
I am concerned and wondering if this could be true. Can someone
who knows what the issues are clarify us, so we can evolve the
best ways to get out of a possible embarrassment that Nigeria
may face if this happens to be true.
