We would like to inform you that 3D has published the report of
a Study Session on Intellectual Property and Human Rights which
took place on 23-24 September 2005 in Geneva. This Study Ses-
sion, attended by specialists from around the world, explored
how human rights rules and mechanisms could be applied in sup-
port of fairer, development-oriented intellectual property re-
