Commissioning of CARE-NGO Youth Friendly and Grassroot Develep-
ment Centre

I am happy to inform you that we are going to commission our
youth friendly clinic and grassroot development centre in Kaduna
on 19th Dec. 2005 at 10am.

Care and Action Research is into functional literacy, HIV/AIDS
mitigation at the community level, community development and de-
velopment networking. The commissioning is going to be done by
the UNICEF Assistant Reps. in Kaduna.
