Dear Robert and Alex,

I would like to clarify a little on the three sputum samples ac-
cording to NTLP guidelines. The first sample is taken on the
spot of the first day (not necessarily in the morning), the sec-
ond one in the morning of the second day (collected at home) and
the third on the spot of the same (second)day. In short, this is
called "Spot-Morning-Spot" which takes two days.
