Fighting Malaria - the right way (2)

This is a welcome change in strategy. Let us hope it includes
ALL proven and effective methods of malaria eradication.

Will somebody please refer me to literature justifying the fol-
lowing statement that "Recent estimates of malaria rates show
they have increased substantially over the past decade." I will
appreciate it significantly.
