Dear Edward,

WHO's Roll Back Malaria published the "World Malaria Report"
last April, found here: http://rbm.who.int/wmr2005/  It has a
comprehensive listing of malaria rates for all endemic countries
in the world. These figures should be weighed against local ac-
counts because RBM did not establish baseline figures for na-
tional or global malaria rates upon its inception in 1998, mak-
ing it difficult to rate progress. Check out the tables in the
Appendix and see what you think.
