"Halala" is a Zulu word of encouragement or congratulations,
translated as "bravo!" or "well done!". This is the predominant
feeling of more than 100 CINDI Members, who have been working
together over the past 10 years to address the needs of vulner-
able children in the context of the HIV and AIDS epidemic in
KwaZulu-Natal.

We have pleasure in inviting you to our 10th Anniversary Confer-
ence in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa from the 3-7 April 2006.
There will be an opportunity for practitioners, policy makers
