Vaginal washing 'raises HIV risk'

Internal vaginal washing is considered to be prevalent in sub-
Sahara Africa and a 10-year study of sex workers in Kenya sug-
gests that those who perform internal vaginal washing are three
times more likely to get HIV than those who do not.
