Palliative care: a basic human right (4)

In contention of the point being discussed, I am bemused of
thinking then what is not a basic human right?

I have no problem if some body is gets palliative care. But when
it comes to resourcing palliative care, I will stand firmly
against it. We are in a continent where minor illnesses swept a
community over night. We are degraded to the point that people
are dying of hunger. If I have to consider palliative care as a
basic human right, I should think first whether the other agreed
upon basic human rights are met.
