New tool to predict epidemics of malaria (3)

Tampa also does not have Anopheles gambiae. True, if African
communities had Tampa's wealth then the malaria problem would be
significantly reduced. But Africa has always been at a severe
disadvantage in addressing its malaria burden because its vec-
tors are the most efficient in the world. Comparing the Americas
(especially Florida) to Africa is comparing apples and oranges.

I would like to learn more about this program in Monrovia. Is
the program already underway or still looking for donors? What
government agency is implementing the program?
