Food to sow the seeds of a thought (2)

Dear Claudio,

I believe in order to bring total transparency and accountabil-
ity in all Governance actions including HR, there must be total
transparency and accountability in all actions of all individu-
als and organizations, on the web for all to see. By this the
community can become the watch dog of society and enforce good
Governance and HR.

How do we make this a reality is the question?
