TOTAL TRANSPARENCY TO ME IS UTOPIA, BUT WE HAVE TO KEEP ON THE
TOES OF THE IN-TRANSPARENT. SOCIAL MOBILIZATION AND EMPOWERMENT
WORK IN THAT DIRECTION.

THAT IS WHAT I AM WORKING ON THRU PHM's GLOBAL RIGHT TO HEALTH
CAMPAIGN.
