I am currently a graduate fellow at the Robert Wood Johnson
Foundation and here we have a program 'Health Care Financing and
Organization (HCFO)': http://www.hcfo.net/

HCFO grantees have done research in a multitude of areas of
health and health care. I hope this is useful to you.

I too am very interested in an advanced degree with emphasis on
this issue.
