RFI: Multisectoral Response to HIV/AIDS in Southern Africa
----------------------------------------------------------
Dear Friends,
I am working on a research on the Multisectoral Response to
HIV/AIDS in Sub-Saharan Africa with particular focus on Zim-
babwe, Malawi, South Africa, Kenya, Zambia, Lesotho and Botswana
and I am kindly requesting for any papers or publications done
in this area.
My focus is on the huge basket called the Multisectoral Response
to HIV/AIDS: what are the forms that it takes, the challenges,
approaches and weaknesses? Is it a reality or just one of those
fashionable and contemporary words in the field of HIV/AIDS?
Also critical in my review is the success and relevance of the
National AIDS Commissions in responding to HIV/AIDS. What are
their roles and how multisectoral in approach are they? In the
context of HIV/AIDS what exactly is the Multisectoral response?
Your contributions will be acknowledged.
Sincerely,
Maxwell Victor Madzikanga
