RFI: Status of Anopheles Funestus Resistance (3)

Thanks Kweka, however, it would be good to get information from
other areas apart from South Africa & Mozambique, which is basi-
cally the same "focus". An. funestus has been shown to rest
longer on treated surfaces and pick-up higher doses of insecti-
cide (Guillet, pers.com. 2006), and has high degree of anthropo-
phily and endophily.

I think it is important among other things, to define and under-
stand 'susceptibility' and 'resistance', in the context of re-
pelency, excito-repelency and mortality.
