Hakeem,

I feel the issue of Brain Drain in Africa is not as simple as
described. Tackling brain drain in this part of the country
should attempt the problem at its roots. Poor pay, two digits
inflation and the tendency to prefer a white skinned technician
to a black engineer among our industrialists and even govern-
ments. When the borders are opened, the opportunities should
also be enhanced.
