NGO Support Toolkit - version 3

A new CD-ROM toolkit from the International HIV/AIDS Alliance to 
support the increasing work and focus on ?scaling up? responses 
to HIV/AIDS.
 
The International HIV/AIDS Alliance has published a new CD-ROM 
which brings together resources for people who are establishing, 
managing or studying support programmes or systems for support-
ing NGOs and CBOs. It contains over 500 resources covering seven 
key areas of NGO/CBO support provision:
 
* NGO support programmes
* Strategic planning
* Partner and project selection
* Technical support
* Institutional change
* Monitoring and evaluation
* NGO support programme management
 
Each theme and sub theme has an introduction which highlights 
key issues to consider for NGO/CBO support provision. 
 
Who is this toolkit for?
 
This CD-ROM toolkit is for people who are establishing, managing 
or studying support programmes or systems for supporting NGOs 
and CBOs. While this toolkit is primarily designed for pro-
grammes that aim to deliver both funding and technical support 
to local NGOs and CBOs, many of its resources will also be of 
interest to organisations that only provide funding or only 
training.
