World Bank Falsified Information On Malaria Treatment(2)
-------------------------------------------------------
Leela et al,
Thanks for your post. It is an eye opener for many of us in the
developing world, how we can be fooled into believing every thing is
rosy with the World Bank!! They are squandering away so many tax payers'
money.
One sure way would be to ban currency circulation and make all
transactions transparent on the web, for all recipients and others to
see and question.
Though it may sound crazy and taking us back to the barter system, I am
sure, it would any day be better for local communities to support local
communities, than to be fleeced by world bodies who are out to suck the
blood of the poor, in connivance with the powers that be in the poor
nations, ultimately, to richer the coffers of the already rich nations.
It is in no way to decry the good work being done by many agencies
including probably World Bank. But any wrong act must be identified and
nipped in the bud, lest it would become a Frankenstein monster, out to
devour the world. No wonder the divides are widening more and more,
thanks to all the dubious actions of these so called respectable
organizations.
Biometric authentication of all payments may be a good idea.
Let me know what you and others think of it.
