Dear Marcy,

Thanks for the information you provided.  You are correct that USAID was
not the principle funder for this effort, but the agency funded several
of the implementing partners on the ground - PSI, Netmark, AED, etc.
Much more importantly, USAID was using the statistics generated by this
campaign to lobby the White House for a bed net heavy approach in the
President's Malaria Initiative last year - unjustifiably in my opinion,
as they emphasized the 90% coverage figure but not the 56% usage figure.

I'm glad to hear your educational efforts are increasing utilization.
