I don't disagree with your position about rethinking DDT use in Africa,
but using Steven Milloy as spokesperson might not aid your cause. Like
the news outlet he works for, his writings generally are not strong in
the 'fair and balanced' department, and those familiar with him might
just dismiss his views on DDT and Africa on the basis of his track
record alone. 

Those unfamiliar with his life and work, a couple of paragraphs on
Wikipedia tell you at least something about Mr. Milloy:

That USAID has thrown its weight behind the responsible use of DDT in
Africa is much more valuable than Mr. Milloy's endorsement.
