Change of Moderation for AFRO-NETS (3)

Dear Dieter,

I would like to thank you very much for the long years of hard work 
that you have contributed to Afro-nets.

There are a small number of people who write frequently to Afro-nets 
- but many more that read the messages or reply to requests for help 
or resources directly.

Afro-nets posts also often get cross-posted to other lists - and so 
the ripple effects from the pebbles thrown in are wide.

I am sure that you have made a much greater impact than you could 
realise through your willingness to moderate the list.
