How effective are male condoms in protecting men? (3)

You have raised an interesting issue here. I am persuaded to accept 
your the argument given that the female condom tries to cover the 
female organ outside. I have even seen some female condoms that have a 
sponge like material to cover the outside of the Woman. The male condom 
does not attempt to do that. Hence exposing males from the liquids that 
the female produces.

I stand to be corrected if my observation is wrong.
