Important question regarding HIV tranmission?

Dear all

I have one question about the mechanism of HIV transmission by semen if the patient had no hard sex (heterosexual) if the female is HIV +ve . If mean there was no injury neither bleeding in unprotected sex. Especially that in most of studies shows that HIV lives in blood (T-helper cell - CD4).
