Important question regarding HIV tranmission? (4)
------------------------------------------------

Looking from the male side, is it not possible for the HIV transmission to occur in the absence of wear and tear of the male organ during unprotected sex? Does the urethra serve as a port of entry? I think this is what Salem had in mind and so do I.

We know that the vaginal secretions do contain HIV copies and the semen as well. aWe also know that tissues macrophages in the vaginal mucous membrane are responsible for HIV transmission in females even in the absence of tears. Correct me if I am wrong, my pathology and microbiology hasn't been updated!
