What is DCT, some of us are not medically trained and some of these terms are strange.  I tell you from what I know it will be very difficult to get him there, he should know coz how did the wife die and why is he behaving like someone under a lot of strain all the time.  Why is he so afraid of the truth coz he has been a player and now it has caught up with him but the symptoms are coming out from people around him and not him like his children and their mothers, one dead one alive and has confirmed her HIV status?

How then does one protect herself from this, will one get positive one day or this is for life or it has never been proven at all
