Dear Robert,
   
I guess that is the dilemma that HIV research is still facing. What mechanism should we use to utilize the knowledge on the small percentage of those impervous to HIV? The fact is, indeed it is a very small percentage, one out of a million, i guess. That further complicates the issue. I agree that the best way forward would be to keep searching and please let us share on the breakthrough in case anyone lays hold of some evidence. This would be a big leap towards addressing the scourge.
